Eaton is seeking a Technical Training Associate for first shift in Wisconsin. The role designs, coordinates, and delivers department-specific training to support employee development, safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include creating onboarding programs, developing hands-on workshops, and delivering training for manufacturing and warehouse operations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with potential overtime and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver department-specific technical training for employee development and safety.
• Partner with HR to design onboarding and hands-on workshops.
• Develop and deliver training for manufacturing and warehouse operations including classroom and on-the-job components.
• Create instructional materials supporting safety, quality, and equipment operation.
• Assess employee competency and drive continuous improvement in training programs.
• Coordinate training for full-time and contingent staff and maintain training records.
• Support 5S+ practices and contribute to benchmarking initiatives.
