Job summary

Eaton is seeking an EHS MESH Technician on 3rd shift in Waukesha, WI to support environmental, health, and safety activities and help drive a strong EHS culture. The role focuses on deploying EHS programs, training, and continuous improvement across the plant.

You’ll contribute to safety metrics, participate in audits, and help implement ISO and MESH standards while benefiting from weekly pay, shift premiums, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of safety-related experience or 2 years of leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; must live within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI facility.

Responsibilities

• Help deploy and improve EHS programs that apply to the plant.
• Create, coordinate, and conduct EHS training.
• Participate in EHS audits and committees.
• Identify and address EHS plant opportunities for improvement.
• Educate and train employees in safe work procedures.
• Maintain safety training and inspection records as evidence of compliance.
