Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's or technical degree with 2 years in technical support or field service, plus a semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or technical degree with 2 years in Technical Support or Field Service
• Technical background in the semiconductor manufacturing field is required

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training deliveries.
• Deliver training in person and remotely.
• Develop training material for customer and internal training.
• Train personnel to perform published procedures.
• Use LMS to deliver and track course completion.
• Assist with verifying procedure accuracy and safety.
