Job summary

Veeco is seeking a Senior Technical Instructional Design Lead to build and scale training for semiconductor manufacturing in San Jose. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to translate complex concepts into structured learning experiences that accelerate proficiency.

You will design curricula, onboarding, product introductions, cross-training, and certification programs, measure outcomes, and modernize content for LMS and blended delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience developing technical training programs within semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training to manufacturing, engineering, or field service audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end curriculum development initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Translate technical concepts into engaging, role-based training programs.
