Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of training and development experience in power generation/oil & gas.
• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing comprehensive training programs from ground up.
• Experience with LMS, training administration, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs across Field Services, Fleet and Asset Management, Operations, Safety and other departments.
• Establish tracking for technical training and certifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design employee development pathways and succession plans for technicians, supervisors, and future leaders.
• Coordinate leadership and professional development programs under a unified training strategy.
• Collaborate with department leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Improve onboarding productivity and operational readiness through structured training initiatives.
• Manage learning development systems, training resources, external vendors, and instructional materials.
• Standardize training documentation, safety certifications, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor training performance metrics, completion rates, productivity, and retention.
• Oversee training personnel, budgets, and department initiatives.
