Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure seeks a Training and Development Manager to establish and manage training initiatives for field-based and technical personnel within the PaaS industry. You will collaborate with operational leadership to align programs with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years training and development experience in power generation/oil and gas.
• 1–3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience designing comprehensive training programs from ground up.
• Experience with LMS, training administration, and metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs across Field Services, Fleet and Asset Management, Operations, Safety and other departments.
• Establish training and certifications tracking systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design employee development pathways and succession plans for technicians, supervisors, and leaders.
• Coordinate leadership and professional development programs under a unified training strategy.
• Identify skill gaps and workforce development opportunities with department leadership.
• Improve readiness and productivity through structured training initiatives.
• Manage learning development systems, resources, vendors, and materials.
• Standardize training documentation, safety certifications, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor training performance, completion rates, productivity, and retention.
• Oversee training personnel and department budgets.
