Job summary

Life Cycle Power in Houston, TX is seeking a Training and Development Manager to establish and manage training initiatives for field-based employees and technical personnel within the Power as a Service industry. You will collaborate with operational leadership to align programs with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organization Development, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of training and development experience in power generation/oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs across Field Services, Fleet and Asset Management, Operations, Safety, and other departments.
• Establish technical training and certifications tracking system to ensure qualifications and regulatory compliance.
• Design employee development pathways and succession plans for technicians, supervisors, and future leaders.
• Coordinate leadership and professional development programs under a unified training strategy.
• Collaborate with department leadership to identify skill gaps and workforce development opportunities.
• Improve operational readiness and accelerate new hire productivity through structured training initiatives.
• Manage learning development systems, training resources, external vendors, and instructional materials.
• Standardize training documentation, safety certifications, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor training performance metrics, completion rates, productivity, and retention.
• Oversee training personnel, budgets, and department initiatives.
