Metal Processing Group, an Affiliate of The Heico Companies, is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead technical training and workforce development across MPG locations. You will assess training needs, design and deliver programs, manage materials, and partner with plant leadership to ensure practical, measurable outcomes.

Regular travel is required to assess needs and train staff. The role reports to senior operations leadership and collaborates with HR and other L&D leaders to align

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in training and workforce development.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct skills assessments with site leadership to identify training needs.
• Design, develop and implement technical training programs and materials.
• Update materials to reflect current equipment, processes, safety requirements.
• Deliver training across MPG locations and travel as needed.
• Develop and conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions for site personnel.
• Track participation, completion, and proficiency post-training.
• Utilize LMS to deliver, assign, and document training and completion.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report results to leadership.
