Responsibilities

• Deliver daily technical training and support.
• Partner with leadership to support new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Conduct skill assessments, provide feedback, and track training progress.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning solutions while promoting safety.
• Support hiring processes, conduct interviews, and train across all shifts as needed.
• Strengthen team performance by improving skills and certification timelines.
• Drive efficiency by reducing training time, minimizing risks, and promoting continuous improvement.
