• Five+ years in industrial automation or related field.
• Ability to design and facilitate hands-on technical-learning experiences.
• Experience with machine vision or related automation technologies.
• Strong project-management skills and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess competency requirements and identify gaps for employees, partners, and customers.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain hands-on and digital training for SICK products and solutions.
• Lead technical training projects from planning through evaluation and improvement.
• Coordinate training programs, resources, and facilities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and apply insights to improve learning solutions.
