Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service experience in logistics or factory automation.
• Two-year college degree or technical school; four-year degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 80–90% and occasional weekends.
• Fluent English with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SOPAS and CLV software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer expectations.
• Lead installation projects and coordinate onsite resources.
• Configure SICK products using laptop and configuration software.
• Perform onsite commissioning and startup support.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace equipment as needed.
• Prepare service reports, timecards, and travel expenses.
• Attend required training and mentor junior technicians.
• Act as site lead for small to mid-sized projects.
