Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience in the utility sector or technical training.
• Three years of experience translating technical information for end users.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint and basic file sharing; familiarity with eLearning tools.
• Ability to learn new hardware/software quickly and manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Aclara training classes in client sites, in our Solon facility, and online.
• Create objectives and agendas for training sessions.
• Develop and review online courses with teammates.
• Prepare training materials and ensure room readiness and equipment.
• Document training for records and provide post-training follow-up.
