Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in training, workforce development, or related role in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, quality systems, and operational workflows.
• Experience delivering instructor‑led, on‑the‑job, and computer‑based training programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience maintaining training records, certification tracking, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate training programs focused on safety, quality, and equipment operation.
• Support the Quality Management System by maintaining controlled documents.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate training activities with minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Create and maintain training schedules and track completion status.
• Track onboarding, orientation, and required training to ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and development documentation.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Analyze production and performance data to determine training improvements.
• Develop training materials, work instructions, and learning resources.
