Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Technical Training Coordinator in Solon, OH to lead and deliver Aclara training across multiple delivery modes including client sites, our Solon facility, and online webinars. You will collaborate with Technical Publications, Support, and other teams to create and update training content and participate in continuous improvement for superior training experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or five years of experience ina utility-related field, technical training or adult learning in lieu of degree.
Three years of experience effectively gathering information from technical personnel and translating it into end-user learning material.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct training classes in classroom, client site, dedicated Solon facility or online via webinars.
Create training objectives and agendas; develop online courses and review courses by teammates.
Develop and deliver training for employee knowledge and development; ensure quality and timely delivery.
