Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training for our Service Division. You will blend classroom instruction, simulations, and hands-on practice with Atlas Copco products to prepare service staff for customer production environments.

You will also support field service engineers, perform troubleshooting, and ensure training materials reflect real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Technical Instructor in manufacturing or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of wireless tools, networking, and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Hands-on field experience preferred for realistic training reflection.
• Familiarity with PLCs, ladder logic, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver technical training sessions for Service Division employees.
• Develop and maintain training content, materials, and simulation exercises.
• Facilitate classroom and hands-on instruction using Atlas Copco tools and systems.
• Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and align training with business priorities.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Manage training schedule, records, and accountability processes.
• Collect and evaluate feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Use LMS to track and measure development progress.
• Support Field Service operations when not conducting training (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting).
• Document activities, report findings, and recommend improvements.
