Job summary

Atlas Pressure Control in Odessa, TX, seeks a Field Service Training Specialist to develop the competency, technical capability, and independence of field service technicians through hands-on training, direct field exposure, coaching, and consistent reinforcement of quality and safety.

You will accompany technicians on field jobs, describe proper installation, operation, testing, servicing, and removal of equipment, and ensure adherence to Atlas procedures, safety requirements, and field service

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop the competency and independence of Atlas field service technicians through hands-on training and field exposure.
• Attend field service jobs alongside trainees and provide practical instruction.
• Reinforce Atlas procedures, safety requirements, quality expectations, and field service standards.
• Document training progress and conduct competency assessments.
