Job summary

LCS invites driven students to join a 12-week Business Applications Training Internship in California. You will contribute to meaningful projects, develop training materials, and help deliver sessions both in-person and virtual.

The program ends with a senior leadership presentation and broad exposure to operations. You will gain hands-on experience across LMS administration, content development, and needs assessment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Writing.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
• Develop rollout plan with IT and business users.
• Support the facilitation of training sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Manage LMS by uploading course materials, tracking participation, and generating reports.
