Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate learning.
• Experience shaping both instructor-led and digital learning content.
• Familiarity with instructional design models and adult-learning principles.
• Experience with e-learning tools and LMS implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject-matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced training programs.
• Translate complex information into clear instructional content with engaging visuals.
• Create course materials, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Apply ADDIE and other methodologies; manage projects end-to-end.
