Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and HR to translate complex information into practical, learner-friendly experiences.

The role supports instructor-led and digital learning for employees globally, requiring strong ADDIE use, content development, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or related area.
• Experience developing both instructor-led and digital learning content.
• Working knowledge of instructional design models, adult-learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
• Experience using e-learning development tools and LMS tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experts to identify learning needs and develop training solutions.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.
• Translate complex information into clear instructional content.
• Create course materials, e-learning modules, guides, and assessments.
• Apply ADDIE and project-management to course development and delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt content for different audiences.
