The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design skills with project management and experience creating both instructor-led and digital learning content.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in instructional design or corporate learning.
• Experience with instructor-led and digital learning content.

Responsabilidades

• Identify learning needs with subject-matter experts and define objectives.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.
• Translate complex information into clear instructional content.
• Create course materials, e-learning modules, guides, and videos.
• Apply ADDIE and other adult-learning methodologies.
• Manage instructional design projects end-to-end.
• Support LMS administration and training evaluation.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt content.
