Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver and coach across repair centers, ensuring high-quality technical capabilities and adherence to QC standards. You will travel to centers, develop training clinics, and coordinate with fellow trainers to maintain consistent messaging.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to drive improvements through hands-on coaching and documentation of training activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years industry experience.
• At least 2 years experience delivering training.
• Completion of post-secondary studies preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs and courses in the assigned area
• Coach repair center staff to ensure vehicles are repaired properly and safely
• Visit repair centers to assess technical capabilities through observation, experience, and dialogue
• Develop and improve technical training clinics
• Coordinate with other trainers to ensure consistent messaging across the repair network
• Perform program assessments, training, and coaching
