Job summary

SCREEN SPE USA is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training for customers, field service engineers, installers, and support personnel. You will ensure operators can safely operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and support SCREEN products, in collaboration with engineering and service teams to keep content accurate.

The role is hands-on, delivering classroom, laboratory, and field instruction, with travel to customer sites as needed, and mentoring of trainees to build strong

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in field service or technical roles in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Experience delivering technical training and mentoring.
• Experience with SCREEN equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training courses on SCREEN equipment.
• Conduct hands-on training in classrooms, labs, and customer fab environments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, and product teams to ensure content reflects current configurations and best practices.
• Support onboarding of new field service engineers and customer personnel.
• Deliver instructor-led training on equipment, systems, software, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to trainees.
