Screen Spe USA is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead the training center, develop curricula, and deliver instructor-led sessions for field service engineers, installers, and customers.

You will supervise a team of trainers, align programs with global standards, manage safety and PPE integration, and collaborate with Japan HQ and product engineering to keep training current. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on practical, standards-driven training across regions.
