Job summary

Screen SPE USA, LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver hands-on training for customers, field service teams, and engineers. You will partner with engineering, applications, service and product groups to ensure accurate content aligned with evolving SCREEN technology.

In this role you will conduct classroom, lab, cleanroom and site training, assess program effectiveness, and mentor trainees while maintaining safety and compliance across global training standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent technical experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Semiconductor fields.
• 5+ years in roles supporting semiconductor capital equipment (FSE/Applications/Product/Tech Support).
• Experience delivering technical training or coaching; OJT programs preferred.
• Experience with SCREEN equipment strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with customers in semiconductor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training courses on SCREEN equipment.
• Conduct hands-on training in classrooms, labs, and customer fab environments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, and product teams to keep content current.
• Support onboarding of new field service engineers and customer personnel.
