Job summary

Jet Propulsion Laboratory seeks a Training Center Lead to design, develop, and deliver advanced technical training. You will upgrade courseware, facilities, and infrastructure, guiding multiple modalities—from classroom to virtual learning—while partnering with SMEs to tailor content.

You will mentor staff, oversee instructional effectiveness, and participate in institution-wide training initiatives to strengthen workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver complex technical training.
• Experience delivering instruction in group and one-on-one settings.
• Strong knowledge of NASA workmanship standards and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design and development using ADDIE.
• Develop curriculum for technical training programs.
• Deliver training across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to customize internal materials.
• Mentor instructors, inspectors, and operators in skill development.
