A leading health services organization is seeking a Technical Training Associate Analyst to contribute to training development for team members. This remote role involves creating training materials, monitoring compliance, and collaborating with quality teams. Ideal candidates will have pharmacy technician experience and a relevant degree, along with strong communication and technical writing skills.
Contributes to the Coaching & Training job family in a support capacity.
Supports the development and delivery of training materials on company products, processes, and technologies to ensure that team members develop, maintain, and enhance their technical and/or process knowledge.
Helps prepare lesson plans relevant to training material and coordinates training logistics.
May monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements.
Completes output (documents, analyses, products) in a specific work area to meet appropriate time and quality targets.
Collaborates with the Freedom quality team to identify retraining needs and create materials to address them.
Works independently, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed-upon timescales. Work is subject to review by more experienced professionals in Technical Coaching.
Minimum Requirements:
Additional requirements include reliable high-speed internet (cable broadband or fiber optic, at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) for remote work.
Salary range is $22 - $34 USD hourly, depending on experience and location, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
