Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the Coaching & Training job family in a support capacity.
2. Support the development and delivery of training materials on company products, processes, and technologies to enhance team members' technical and process knowledge.
3. Assist in preparing lesson plans relevant to training material and coordinate training logistics.
4. Monitor training personnel records to ensure all company training requirements are met.
5. Complete output (documents, analyses, products) within designated work areas to meet quality and time targets.
6. Collaborate with the Quality team to identify retraining needs and develop materials accordingly.
7. Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, with review by experienced professionals in Technical Coaching.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy technician role.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the Infertility therapeutic group preferred.
• Experience in writing/editing SOPs and job aids preferred.

Note: If working remotely, internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Anticipated hourly rate: $22 - $34 USD, depending on experience and location. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
