We’re Looking for a Fertility Coach

If you’re passionate about helping hopeful parents navigate preconception health, fertility treatments, and mindset optimization—and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual one-on-one fertility assessments (cycle tracking, hormone review, lifestyle factors)
• Develop personalized fertility plans covering nutrition, supplements, stress management, and mind-body techniques
• Educate clients on ovulation awareness, booking and preparing for IVF/ART, and partner support strategies
• Coordinate care by liaising with IVF clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, and allied providers
• Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Optimizing Your Fertility Window” and “Navigating IVF with Confidence”
• Provide ongoing follow-up to adjust plans based on cycle data, lab results, and emotional wellbeing
• Document session notes, goals, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold fertility-coach certification or advanced training in reproductive health (e.g., BIPOC Fertility Coach, Holtorf, NATP)
• Have hands-on experience supporting individuals and couples through fertility challenges
• Are trauma-informed, empathetic, and culturally sensitive in your coaching style
• Embrace technology and value the freedom of scheduling as an independent contractor
• Want to focus on client success—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
