Job summary

Leidos seeks a Technical Trainer with a SECRET clearance to develop, maintain, and deliver technical training for complex mission software and integrated systems. You will work across C-sUAS E&I and future Directorate programs, creating manuals, lesson plans, and training materials for operators, maintainers, admins, ISSOs, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience planning, developing, and delivering technical training programs.
• Translating complex information into training materials for diverse user groups.
• Developing and maintaining technical training products and documentation.
• Experience updating training in response to software releases and configuration changes.
• Translating technical information for operators, administrators, and cybersecurity personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training programs for Mission Software capabilities.
• Analyze training needs and develop solutions for operators, maintainers, admins, ISSOs, field personnel.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, manuals, quick references, and training presentations.
• Assess releases for training impacts and synchronize materials with configurations.
• Coordinate training schedules, inputs, reviews, and customer feedback across programs.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, field support, and SME to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements including train-the-trainer activities.

Education

BS and 4-8 years experience

Masters with 2-6 years experience
