Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Trainer to design, develop, and revise complex technical courses, including interactive and instructor-led formats. The role emphasizes scalable training programs, ongoing curriculum maintenance, and virtual delivery across large projects.

Candidates should have a strong instructional design background, C++ experience, and the ability to travel. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required, with NCUS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
• A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3).
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
• Plan and manage training development for large programs, including online and in-person components.
• Deliver training and maintain training materials and curricula across multiple disciplines.
