Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS and 4–8 years of relevant experience or MS with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience independently planning, developing, and delivering technical training programs for complex technical products, software, or systems.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and translating needs into structured training approaches and materials.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical training products such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Experience updating training documentation in response to software releases or configuration changes.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear instructional content for multiple technical audiences.
• Experience managing training projects, schedules, reviews, and milestones.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver technical training programs for Mission Software capabilities.
• Analyze training needs and develop solutions for operators, maintainers, system administrators, ISSOs, and other users.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, manuals, guides, and other training materials.
• Assess release changes for training/documentation impacts and keep materials synchronized.
• Coordinate training/documentation activities across programs and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, and field personnel to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update content and delivery methods.
