Global Payments is seeking a Technical Trainer to empower clients and colleagues with knowledge to maximize the value of our payment solutions. You will design, deliver and scale learning experiences across product adoption and technology deployments.

You will influence training strategy, partner with stakeholders, and coach teams to adapt to evolving payments technology, compliance needs, and client expectations worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering technical or product-based training programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience across analysis, design, delivery and evaluation in training.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management to influence decisions.
• Ability to work independently on complex initiatives with good judgment.
• Knowledge of technology-enabled payments solutions and fintech environments.
• Bonus for professional training or instructional design certification.
• Experience in payment processing or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in a second language for global training delivery.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, increasing solution utilization and strengthening relationships.
• Build organizational capability through coaching and knowledge leadership across evolving industry changes.
