Job summary

You will support field technicians in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems, while designing training plans and managing remote and in-person sessions. The role requires 3–4 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with standard procedures to solve routine and non-routine problems.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems in the network.
• Audit preventative maintenance procedures and create work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Develop and implement field technician training plans, including remote and in-person sessions.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
