Job summary

SCREEN SPE USA, LLC, a subsidiary of Screen Holdings, seeks a Field Services Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair semiconductor process equipment at customer facilities across the U.S. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, document service activities, and prepare reports for internal teams and customers.

The role requires reading schematics, following safety procedures, willingness to travel to various sites, and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Field service experience with semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Preventive maintenance including inspections, calibration and replacements.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and repair semiconductor process equipment at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to maximize uptime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and documentation of service activities.
• Prepare reports and communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and occasionally work extended hours.
