Screen Spe is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and site contracts for advanced semiconductor equipment. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and traveling to customer sites for service and training.

Ideal candidates have semiconductor experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while following safety protocols. Must be able to pass background checks and PPE certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required, or 2 years related experience substituting education.
• Able to read schematics/plumbing diagrams and interpret data accurately.
• Strong customer focus and satisfaction mindset.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and for training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose issues, perform accurate repairs, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with alignment tools and measurement devices; read schematics.
• Collaborate with customers and field teams to isolate and resolve issues within time constraints.
• May travel to other customer sites or for training.
