Job summary

Tech Army, LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer, Enterprise Instructional Designer to transform complex procedures into engaging training for a client. The role involves turning technical information into practical curricula and managing development from needs analysis to deployment.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, apply ADDIE or SAM, and create interactive e-learning, instructor-led, and blended programs using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training experience with course development and delivery.
• Hands-on with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong instructional writing, SME collaboration, and project organization skills.
• Knowledge of digital learning UX, learning assessments, and curriculum development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
