Job summary

Tech Army, LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer, Enterprise Instructional Designer to transform complex procedures into engaging training for a client. The role involves turning technical information into practical curricula and managing development from needs analysis to deployment.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, apply ADDIE or SAM, and create interactive e-learning, instructor-led, and blended programs using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training experience with course development and delivery.
• Hands-on with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong instructional writing, SME collaboration, and project organization skills.
• Knowledge of digital learning UX, learning assessments, and curriculum development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive e-learning, instructor-led curricula, and blended learning programs.
• Create storyboards, job aids, lesson plans, and facilitator guides.
• Build and publish learning content using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
• Develop assessments, conduct pilot testing, and improve courses using learner feedback.
• Maintain course assets, support LMS and cloud integration, and manage project deadlines.
• Ensure materials follow company branding standards.
