Job summary

BuzzClan seeks a Technical Trainer - Enterprise Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging training content from concept to deployment in Ocoee, FL. You will create e-learning modules, job aids, lesson plans, and facilitator guides, applying ADDIE/SAM and adult learning principles for blended, virtual, and ILT programs.

The role requires expertise in Articulate 360, LMS publishing (SCORM/xAPI), and strong curriculum development skills, with a portfolio and experience in public sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience including course development and delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) is required.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM, adult learning theory, and curriculum development.
• LMS publishing experience (SCORM/xAPI) and training delivery (ILT/VILT) required.

Education:
