BISOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES LLC is seeking an IT Trainer / eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deliver technical training for enterprise systems. The role emphasizes translating complex processes into learner-centered content across eLearning, ILT, and blended formats.

The ideal candidate will create interactive modules, job aids, and assessments and publish content in an enterprise LMS, leveraging Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud. This is a contract, on-site position in Ocoee, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, education, CS or IS.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience including course development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional-design methods (ADDIE/SAM).
• Hands-on Articulate 360 experience; proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience publishing training in an LMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments.

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to convert technical workflows into learning objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing and publishing training in an LMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, instructional writing, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT training projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise or IT system implementations.
• Familiarity with UX principles for digital learning and virtual training platforms.
