The US Tool Group is seeking a Technical Product Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to support cutting tool applications and process improvements across our manufacturing customers. Qualifications

• Greater than 5 years in a manufacturing environment using cutting tools and abrasives.
• At least 5 years of machining experience.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, PPE, abrasives, and tool applications.
• Ability to interpret complex prints and models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tooling needs and release tooling to production per customer specs.
• Assist with tooling performance checks and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineers to recommend tooling/process improvements.
• Lead projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support reconditioning programs and supplier visits.
• Provide application support for new products.
