Sopra Steria Limited is seeking a Technical Test Lead to oversee testing across complex infrastructure and systems environments within the Aerospace, Defence and Security area. You will provide technical leadership across functional and non-functional testing while shaping testing practices and promoting new methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or in a similar testing leadership role.
• Strong background in infrastructure testing or systems engineering.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for defect tracking and test management.
• Ability to estimate, plan and coordinate complex testing across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while engaging technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of Technical Test Analysts to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
• Produce test strategies, review test plans and guide test case/script creation for infrastructure environments.
• Estimate technical and specialist testing activities and support delivery across testing domains.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and evaluating tools.
• Manage test environments and coordinate activities across stakeholders; escalate defects.
• Produce test reports and highlight risks impacting quality or delivery timelines.
