Job summary

US Security & IT is seeking a senior test lead to serve as the technical authority for planning, executing, and verifying a complex defense logistics IT solution. You will architect enterprise testing across the full system lifecycle to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree with 10+ years in systems engineering or test leadership on defense programs, DoDAF expertise, CI/CD and automated testing experience, and an active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, test and evaluation, or test leadership on defense programs.
• Strong knowledge of DoDAF architectural views, interface control verification, and system-of-systems integration, plus experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an enterprise test strategy, including requirements traceability, test coverage analysis, and test architecture documentation.
• Lead formal Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and system-of-systems verification, while managing defects and reporting on risks.
• Integrate testing activities into Agile sprint and Program Increment planning in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum teams.
