NetworkPedia Inc. is seeking a Test Lead Analyst with deep OSI AspenTech ADMS Monarch, OMS, Compass experience to lead QA for critical utility management software.

You will design tests, coordinate defect resolution, and guide testing across functional, integration, regression, and performance scenarios. You will work with vendors and business stakeholders to ensure robust test coverage, root-cause analysis, and data integrity, while maintaining comprehensive test artifacts and compliance with

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience, including software testing and QA.
• 2+ years with OSI AspenTech ADMS Monarch.
• 2+ years with OSI AspenTech OMS and Compass.
• Experience with GIS models.
• Strong testing methodologies and defect management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ADMS/OMS Monarch, Compass applications, and related interfaces.
• Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end‑user, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing criteria and validate application functionality.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects and application issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams, vendors, and end users.
• Lead defect resolution meetings and troubleshooting sessions.
• Retest fixes and validate successful issue resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, test results, defect reports, and supporting artifacts.
• Perform post‑testing data cleanup, including reviewing, correcting, deleting, and re‑entering data as required.
• Provide occasional technical support to ADMS/OMS Monarch and Compass application users.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and results to project managers and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning, meetings, and technical reviews.
• Follow applicable security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
