The College of Southern Idaho is seeking a CNA Skills Rater to objectively evaluate candidates during the CNA skills examination in line with Idaho standards. You will administer tests, observe performance, and ensure fair scoring across cohorts.
Ideal candidates hold an Idaho RN license with at least two years of RN experience, including one year in long-term care, and can complete required training within 30 days of hire; flexible part-time hours are available at CSI testing sites.
The CNA Skills Rater is responsible for objectively evaluating candidates undergoing the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills examination in accordance with the Idaho State CNA Curriculum and List of Testable Skills. This role ensures that all assessments are conducted fairly, consistently, and in alignment with state certification standards.
