Responsibilities

• Delivers full cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across assigned programs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities
• Sources candidates via job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and internal databases
• Screens candidates to assess technical qualifications and role fit
• Coordinates interviews and supports candidate preparation throughout the process
• Maintains accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Communicates status, expectations, and next steps to candidates
• Supports offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed
• Collaborates with senior technical recruiters for guidance on complex roles
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and client requirements
• Utilizes Microsoft Teams and related tools to support recruiting delivery
