Job summary

Rerun, a remote-first company building multimodal data stack for Physical AI, is hiring a Talent Partner to help scale our technical and commercial hiring across the US and Europe. You will source, engage, and run end-to-end interview processes for a mix of developer relations, engineering, marketing, content, and sales roles, while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience recruiting within early-stage startups.
• Proven track record delivering full-cycle hiring.
• Experience recruiting for technical products and roles.
• Ability to work across commercial and developer-facing roles with strong sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own searches end to end: sourcing, screening, process management and closing.
• Build high-quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals and communities.
• Recruit across developer relations, forward deployed engineering, marketing, content and sales.
• Assess candidates for technical comprehension and role skills.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Maintain organized, efficient processes with high autonomy.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Lead on role definition and market insights.
