You will develop technology roadmaps, oversee initiatives, manage escalations, and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security, reliability, and satisfaction for hedge fund

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or related IT environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to advise clients and manage expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, endpoint management, and IAM concepts.
• Experience with cybersecurity platforms and secure networking.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/Citrix).
• Understanding enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Ability to create high-quality technical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical relationship and serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain client technology roadmaps aligned with needs and security requirements.
• Provide oversight across technical projects, infrastructure improvements, and technology initiatives.
• Identify technical debt, security gaps, and opportunities to improve stability and user experience.
• Manage client escalations by coordinating resources and communicating with stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers.
• Oversee performance management, development planning, and PTO approvals.
• Monitor SLA performance, ticket quality, and team productivity to maintain standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve the overall client experience.
