You will build targeted recruiting strategies, advise managers on market insights, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates while navigating OFCCP and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing full recruiting lifecycle.
• Experience in high-volume and government recruiting.
• Knowledge of OFCCP, DOL, DCAA compliance.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (DayForce, iCIMS, WorkDay).
• Strong sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche pipelines.
• Willingness to travel and work with program teams on proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to program needs.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and hiring best practices.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple technical categories.
• Negotiate offers within pay ranges and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, DOL, DCAA, and client requirements.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain records in ATS/CRM.
• Represent ASRC Federal at career fairs and events.
• Support business development, proposals, and recompetes.
• Be prepared to travel to recruiting and organizational meetings.
