Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Recruiter for Technical Talent Acquisition to support Flight Operations, Technical Operations, JetBlue University, Safety & Security. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, source strategically, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard top internal and external candidates to fill open roles.

You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, manage requisitions, and champion candidate experience while upholding JetBlue’s values of safety, caring, integrity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 2 years of HR, Recruiting, or JetBlue Leadership experience
• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
• Experience organizing multiple projects with strong customer service
• Ability to travel in and out of the U.S.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for open requisitions
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Lead requisition creation and strategy meetings with managers
• Create external sourcing strategies for specialized roles
• Conduct full lifecycle technical recruiting and manage offers and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment reporting
