Job summary

Jet Linx Aviation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for aviation crew and specialized roles. You will partner with leaders to define needs, screen candidates, and manage requisitions from intake through offer.

You will collaborate with Capacity, Training, and Crew Records to align hiring with training and backfill plans. The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and proficiency with Jobvite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).
• Two to five years of recruiting experience required, aviation experience preferred.
• Experience with Jobvite or similar ATS and MS Office suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle requisitions from intake to close, including interviewing and offers.
• Conduct structured screens and assess candidates against role criteria.
• Coordinate with aviation leaders on training, backfill, and crew movement.
• Maintain timely, accurate status updates with hiring teams and candidates.
• Administer Jobvite and HR systems and ensure compliant hiring processes.
• Meet hiring metrics and participate in incentive programs.
